288vin Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations on Our Platform

The 288vin platform is operated and maintained for the use of registered members who meet all eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. Access to the platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and 288vin makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability at any given time. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible, though emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

By using the 288vin platform, you acknowledge that online gaming and sports betting involve real financial risk. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make while using the platform. 288vin provides tools to support responsible gaming — including deposit limits, session time alerts and self-exclusion — but the decision to use those tools rests with you.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by applicable law. Any translations provided are for convenience only — in the event of a conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails. All monetary amounts in these Terms are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

To open and maintain an account at 288vin, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288vin applies strict age verification controls and will request documentary proof of age where required.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, bots and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number and payment account details.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 288vin account. Each person is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 288vin or have previously been permanently banned from the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.

288vin is committed to maintaining a safe, fair and lawful platform. To that end, we apply Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts. Verification may be requested at registration, before a first withdrawal, before a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or at any point at 288vin's discretion.

When verification is requested, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of mobile number ownership (OTP confirmation or screenshot of registered wallet)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank account in your registered name)
• Proof of address for accounts where required (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

Documents must be clear, unaltered and not expired. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending successful verification. 288vin will process verification documents within two business days of submission. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 288vin reserves the right to restrict or close the account after making reasonable attempts to resolve any outstanding documentation issues.

288vin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only, via the following supported payment methods:

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 100
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed on discovery.
• Deposits are credited to your 288vin balance promptly on confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on the sending institution.
• 288vin does not charge a deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which 288vin bears no responsibility.
• 288vin reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for unusually large single deposits before releasing them to the playing balance.

Withdrawals from 288vin are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. 288vin aims to process all withdrawal requests within minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within the same business day for bank transfers and card withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptional demand or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts in the account holder's registered name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Your free balance (deposited funds and completed bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time.
• 288vin reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal at its discretion before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal requests that have not yet been processed can be cancelled by the account holder and the funds returned to the playing balance.

288vin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed on the 288vin promotions page and within the account dashboard at the time of claiming. The following general terms apply to all promotions at 288vin unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified 288vin members only. 288vin reserves the right to restrict promotion eligibility based on account activity, verification status or prior bonus history.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Incomplete bonus wagering expires at the end of the validity period and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
• All games at 288vin contribute 100% to wagering requirements for deposit bonuses unless a specific promotion states a different contribution rate.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• If 288vin determines that a player is exploiting a promotion through bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage or systematic patterned play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, 288vin reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• The daily cashback promotion at 288vin carries no wagering requirement. Cashback is credited as freely withdrawable PKR balance each morning based on the previous day's net gaming losses.
• 288vin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions already claimed and in progress will continue to their stated terms at the time of claiming.

All bets placed on the 288vin platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or market in which they are placed, as displayed within the game interface or sports betting rules section. The following general rules apply across all games and betting markets at 288vin:

• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 288vin may void a bet in the event of a technical error, feed failure or market suspension that affected bet acceptance.
• In the event of a palpable error (an odds or multiplier that was clearly published incorrectly due to a technical fault), 288vin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account holder.
• All game results produced by the 288vin RNG engine or by live dealer draws are final once the round has concluded. No retrospective result amendments are possible after a round closes.
• For sports betting markets, 288vin follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC, PSL). In the event of delays, protests or result reversals by governing bodies, 288vin will settle bets according to the official final result.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits per bet and per game are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by game type, player tier and specific market.

All 288vin members are expected to engage with the platform in a lawful, honest and respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the 288vin platform in place of genuine manual gameplay
• Attempting to defraud 288vin or other players through collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any other dishonest means
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in the 288vin platform
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 288vin support staff or other players via any communication channel
• Using the platform to launder money or obscure the origin of funds through gaming activity
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions using alternative accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 288vin login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication device. 288vin will never ask for your password by phone, chat or email.

• You must notify 288vin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity carried out using your 288vin login credentials is your responsibility until you notify 288vin of a compromise.
• 288vin recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling all available security features on your account.
• 288vin's platform is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. 288vin does not store full card details and complies with applicable data protection standards for the payment data it handles.

288vin is strongly committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment, and 288vin actively provides tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are available within the account settings section and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible net loss amounts per day, week or month. Once a limit is reached, further gaming in that period is blocked.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations. Reminders are issued as the limit approaches.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Exclusions are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing time spent and amount wagered during the current session.

All content on the 288vin platform — including but not limited to the 288vin logo, brand name, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 288vin or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 288vin.

By using the 288vin platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal online gaming. This licence does not grant any right to download, modify or redistribute platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288vin's total liability to any account holder for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that account holder in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

288vin shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from your own gaming decisions or outcomes
• Technical failures or connectivity issues outside of 288vin's direct control, including internet provider outages, mobile network disruptions or device failures
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.)
• Loss of data or account access resulting from the compromise of login credentials that you failed to protect adequately
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use

288vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable specific terms of a promotion or game
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity fraud or any criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that an account was opened using false information
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure)

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, 288vin reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance and any winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach. Your deposited balance (net of any fraudulent activity) will be returned to your verified payment method after investigation is complete.

You may close your own 288vin account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, net of any pending bonus wagering, will be settled to your registered payment method.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 288vin platform — including a disputed bet outcome, a payment issue or a bonus claim — you should contact the 288vin support team in the first instance via live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram or by email at support@288vin.ws. 288vin's support team will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve all standard complaints within five business days.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through direct support interaction, you may request escalation to a senior 288vin review team. Escalated complaints will receive a formal written response within ten business days. 288vin's decision on escalated complaints represents its final position on the matter.

288vin may update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that affect member rights or obligations in material ways, 288vin will provide notice via the platform's notification system and, where possible, by email to the registered address.

Your continued use of the 288vin platform after Terms updates have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
